In a very sad set of posted messages on the Investorshub message board for scam company Plasticon International, Inc. (PLNI), Promoter Rick Matthews of Sedalia, Missouri, continues with his threats against a long time cybersleuth who pointed out many of the red flags for the scam company during the last two years.

Rick Matthews continues putting the blame of the revocation of the PLNI stock and the removal of its scam CEO on the "evil naked short sellers", even though the massive self-dealing and frauds carried on by former PLNI CEO James N. Turek, Sr. have been very clear for more than a year, particularly as outlined by the U.S. Department of Justice in court documents during the last six months.

Some of the comments by this promoter below include:

"I'm a shorts worst nightmare... a shareholder with a memory."

"I know where you are and isn't the Ukraine."

"I know where you live and it isn't in a cheap apartment."

"I know you think you're immune, but you may have a rude awakening "shortly." "

"Maya Marca isn't that secure." (note: a google of "Maya Marca" reveals that it is a condo complex in Florida)

All of these threats by the Promoter Rick Matthews (rrm_bcnu) have now been removed and he has now been "fired" as a moderator of the message board and suspended until January 7, 2008 from posting on all the Investorshub message boards:

No..we'll leave that up to the DOJ... no this case is not a who struct John case... it more like who profited from John getting struck.... you know all about that sort of thing, right shorts? As for the naked shorts... there are some serious disparities between the issued and outstanding shares listed shorts... but you knew that too. Spending any of that "XMAS" money might be a big mistake. Are you familiar with disgorgement? Nasty process.

Scam company Plasticon International, Inc. (PNLI) has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Its stock has been revoked by the SEC and doesn't trade any more.

Before the revocation, the stock price of the company dropped by about 99.9% during the last two years.

The Department of Justice Office of U.S. Trustee has taken over the company after outlining to the court in a Motion showing a pattern of massive self-dealing and fraud by PLNI and its CEO, James N. Turek, Sr. that was made public through the use of the PACER system.

The CEO of PLNI, James N. Turek, Sr. has now been ousted from the company by the court for the blatant self-dealing and fraud that he has exhibited through the years.

In the opinion of the_worm06, PLNI will eventually be known as one of the top five biggest frauds in pinksheet history.

And finally, in the opinion of the_worm06 - PLNI, James N. Turek, Sr., at least one of his sons, several consultants, directors and promoters of PLNI will be indicted for bankurptcy fraud, tax fraud, securities fraud, stock manipulation, insider trading and money laundering by June 30, 2008 in a multi-count Grand Jury Indictment.

AND WHAT DO WE HAVE HERE?

WE HAVE PROMOTER RICK MATTHEWS (rrm_bcnu) THREATENING A CYBERSLEUTH BY ATTEMPTING TO CLAIM THAT RICK MATTHEWS INITIATED AN FBI INVESTIGATION OF THE VERY SAME CYBERSLEUTHS THAT HAVE BROUGHT OUT THE RED FLAGS REGARDING PLNI'S MASSIVE FRAUD.

ALL THIS AFTER PROMOTER RICK MATTHEWS HAS BEEN CAUGHT POSTING DOZENS OF MATERIAL FALSE AND MISLEADING STATMENTS ABOUT PLNI IN AN ATTEMPT TO ASSIST JAMES TUREK IN THE MASSIVE FRAUD.

Jannie maybe you should contact Tom Andersen and ask him why it shows and states SBS as an asset of SLJB Nevada in the OSC allegation doc. They must have this wrong according to you.
