Listen to what Promoter John H. Legett (Slojon) of 14174 E. 460 Rd, Claremore, OK 74017 (a former policeman and truck driver) has to say about the corrupt former CEO's of scam company SLJB/LFWK , Dennis Ammerman and Petar Vucicevich (PV):

chuckie, enuff w/ the FUD, okay?...

I've talked to Ammerman in the past. He's a good architect and a decent businessman...although his people skills are lousy. He's about as far from being a con man as you can get. He is NOT "being investigated by the SEC".

As for PV...He's well educated, fluent in several languages, and fairly affluent. Your current allegations about him are about as credible as your past "Petar the painter" characterization was...totally without merit. ...Just like the rest of your elegantly disingenuous criminal attacks against him, his employees, and his business interests.

As the final OSC hearing draws near on 9/12, your attacks become even more stridently vicious.

I wonder why that is...

.
First read the following massive securities fraud charges issued by the Ontario Securities Commission against scam company Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. (SLJB) and its former officers and related persons, much of which is based on 2 years worth of investigations by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police:

Now read what Promoter John H. Legett (Slojon) of 14174 E. 460 Rd, Claremore, OK 74017 is saying about the scam company SLJB:

[SLJB]: Promoter John H. Legett ("Slojon") again caught with significant false statements

.
.
He said he was 11 years old, but it turns out that he was a full grown 18 years old when he graduated from high school.

When will it stop?

Here we have Promoter John H. Legett of Claremore, OK and Kansas City (a former policeman and truck driver) continuing to make false statements. What is it that comes out of this guy that is true when even his age at high school graduation is false - he stated that he graduated at the age of 11, yet his own posts from the past show that he was 18 years old when he graduated....

How can anyone ever believe what John H. Legett says about scam company Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. (SLJB)?

[SLJB]: Who is Miriam Legett and what is her involvement with scam company Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd?

.
.
It seems that promoter Miriam Legett of 14174 E. 460 Rd, Claremore, OK 74017 has been promoting the stock of scam company SLJB with the use of the alias "slojon" on the stock message boards.

What is her relation with the scamsters that that have been charged by the Ontario Securities Commission with significant securities fraud? It seems that, in addition to promoting the stock, she has been visciously attacking the cybersleuths that pointed out the red flags leading to the outing of the frauds.

[LBWR]: Recent Labwire, Inc. Securities Counsel, David B. Stocker, charged with identity theft and more securities fraud by the SEC

[LBWR]: CEO Dexter Morris' representative states that Labwire, Inc.'s Securities Counsel, David B. Stocker, continued from 2005 until mid-2007

now the SEC has charged him with identity theft fraud and more securities fraud:

http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2008/lr20681.htm

U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
Litigation Release No. 20681 / August 12, 2008
SEC v. David B. Stocker and Carrera Capital, Inc.,
Civil Action No. 2:08-CV-1475 (D. Arizona)

On August 11, 2008, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission filed a civil complaint against David B. Stocker, a Phoenix, Arizona attorney, and his wholly-owned corporation, Carrera Capital, Inc. The Commission's complaint alleges that Stocker perpetrated multiple instances of corporate identity theft. Beginning in early 2006, Stocker allegedly found several companies whose stock had once traded in the public markets, but that had become defunct corporations and were no longer operating. When he found such a company, he allegedly incorporated a new company under the same name in the same State and, using his authority to act for the new company, purported to act on behalf of the old company. Specifically, Stocker allegedly caused stock in the old companies to be exchanged for stock in the new companies under the false pretense that the old company was undergoing a reverse stock split. Stocker then allegedly caused the new companies to issue large blocks of stock to Carrera Capital, Inc., or to other persons, such that he or the other persons typically held 99% of the stock in the new companies. Through this scheme, Stocker was allegedly able to gain control of public shells without having to pay for them or otherwise deal with their former control persons. The Commission alleges that Stocker profited from the scheme by selling the shells for cash payments.

Because an exchange of stock under false pretenses took place, fraud occurred in the offer or sale and in connection with the purchase or sale of a security. The Commission thus alleges that Stocker violated Section 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 thereunder. The issuance of stock in the new companies to the shareholders of the old companies also allegedly constituted an unregistered distribution of stock in violation of Sections 5(a) and (c) of the Securities Act of 1933, and the Commission charges the defendants with violating these provisions.

The Commission's complaint seeks permanent injunctions, orders to provide an accounting, disgorgement plus prejudgment interest, third tier civil penalties, and penny stock bars against each defendant.

[LBWR]: Troops beginning to turn on Labwire, Inc. Promoter "Creede Bighorns"

.
.
As the stock price of Labwire, Inc. (LBWR) has tumbled from approximately 23 cents/share to a low of 5 cent/share in recent months, the troops are beginning to turn on LBWR promoter "Creede Bighorns", the message board representative of LBWR CEO Dexter Morris. Here we have "im a survivor", a long time supporter of the stock telling it like it is:

Hey Im a survior,

as I have said many, many times, Labwire the best pinksheet stock I have ever seen. I know there have been thousands of stocks that he promised AF's, but this is only non-SEC Reporting Company that I have ever seen actually deliver. Very rare indeed. I doubt anyone can find me even one ticker of a company that has done it before, and if they can, I'll bet you that stock has not returned from the OTC-BB. Imvho the best is yet to come.

KUDOS to Labwire, and KUDOS to George Dexter Morris for doing what they said can't or won't be done.

Creede, I see you posted on the hub and are you saying you cannot find 1 single stock that was a pink, uplisted to .ob and got delisted and is now gone or dead? Not 1?? LOL....Open your eyes and you'll see hundreds or thousands!! But this really is a joke....anybody that thinks there isnt a single PINK SHEET stock that UPLISTED to .ob status and then failed after the uplist is very naive imo....After all, Pinks AND .OB's FAILING are far more normal then them succeeding.....Creede posted there wasnt a SINGLE TICKER that could be posted...well, I wont waste any more time on anything so ridiculous, but here is a link where I am positive you can find ALOT more then just 1 if you care to look!! This is not saying that LBWR will not succeed....I very much hope they do and they appear to be doing all the right things.....but for creede to say there are NONE...ZERO...ZILCH....Pinks that filed AF's, UPLISTED to .OB and then failed, here is a link that I am SURE you can find alot more then just 1...I did a search from jan 2000 to present and lets just say if you do the same you will pull up such a long list it takes 10 minutes to scroll thru to the bottom....and you dont think you can find a single one in that list? LMAO...OK...Sure.....Frankly, I find it hard to believe that any investor playing in the penny markets is unaware of just how many companies did uplist from pink to .ob and then ultimately failed, as it is a rather long list.....Even more hard to believe is that anybody playing in the penny markets can say there is not a single pink that filed af's and uplisted to .ob that ended up failing...that is so absurd it is shocking......Pretty naive to think that way imo....

Feel free to search and see.....my money says you will see your SINGLE TICKER that did fail...and a WHOLE LOT MORE!!!

I'm a survior,

I said that there was not one non-SEC Reporting Company that has uplisted and failed. I am thinking you just don't understand the difference. What you are seeing over and over on the daily list are companies that were already SEC Listed, and then just go back to the OTC-BB, or companies that start off on the OTC-BB in the first place. What sets Labwire apart is that they started pink, and have never, ever, ever been listed before. This is the stark difference. This is what is so rare. This is what I am saying that you cannot find not one single example of that has been done before, and then turned out to be a scam. Not one.

Show me a ticker, and I will show you the difference.

I understand just fine......But, I am through playing this game with you.....You claim...THERE IS NOT A SINGLE PINK SHEET stock that started as a pink sheet, filed af's, uplisted and then failed???

Frankly I think that comment is so absurd I keep asking myself why I am responding to such ridiculous rubbish.....If you had looked at that list and done the proper searches you would have found companies that started pink, made it to the .ob and are now delisted from the .ob and many are simply gone. You can also do some other searches all over the place and find MANY more.....

I am sure if I provided 500 tickers you would 'justify how it was different then lbwr'......Creede, I will only say this and then I will not respond to any topic as ridiculous as this any longer.....If you think there are NO stocks that started as Pinks, uplisted to .ob and then ultimately failed, then you are either very naive or very blind...It is absurd imo to claim NO PINK EVER UPLISTED TO .OB and then FAILED....so absurd I will not address this topic any longer.

Good luck and best wishes..and yes, I am still long LBWR.....

I guess you do not understand. Not all pinks are the same. I said "not one non-SEC Reporting Company that has uplisted and failed".

Labwire was a non-SEC Reporting Company.

I know there are lots of pinks that have uplisted and failed, but they were not non-SEC reporting to start with. All you have to do is show me one, and I will concede.

You have already conceeded Creede...anybody reading your NO NON REPORTING PINK HAS EVER UPLISTED and then FAILED, CRAPPOLA... is too busy laughing their arse off at such a ridiculous NON FACTUAL statement such as yours.....and likely wondering why somebody so naive is playing with PINKS when you are this naive as to the high failure rate of PINKS THAT WERE NON REPORTING, UPLISTED and FAILED.....

How many times do I have to repeat the below?

Since LBWR was obviously not diluting and dumping all these years I do not think the small rise in the AS is anything to be concerned about......

<>

However, the IBOX should be updated as it states there is no preferred stock but as of May 27th, they established a preferred class of 1,000,000 shares, par value of .001- what I do not like, but is very normal for micro's....is the following

to be designated in series or classes as the Board of Directors shall determine.

What will the preferred be used for? How will it effect existing shareholders.....Why the need for the preferred shares if the company is cash flow positive and making a profit??

On May 27, 2008, the Board of Directors and shareholders owning approximately 85% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares voted to establish a preferred class of stock with 1,000,000 shares of preferred shares, par value of $0.001 per shares to be designated in series or classes as the Board of Directors shall determine.

Lastly, Dex, if you are reading this, PLEASE do not put out the Shareholder Update you said would be coming...this is akin to a kiss of death for micro's....most go down after releasing Shareholder Updates......LBWR has had years to get things going......I really do not care to read a shareholder update that will likely drop the PPS even more.....Words/type are cheap..results are not......No updates please...update will only say how great everything is and then give excuses as to why there are all the delays.....followed by a likely drop in PPS as most see these shareholder updates for what they really are..a means to keep stringing people along....IMO, NO WORDS....NO UPDATE....We NEED ACTION......Complete the uplist and then let the good news fly....IF they complete the uplist in a shareholder friendly manner and it is accompained with good news then the PPS will take care of itself....and we might even get some volume instead of days of zero volume.....Nobody is interested in BUYING LBWR right now in it's current state....but plenty will be IF THEY GET THE UPLIST DONE and RELEASE SOME GOOD NEWS....So, JUST DO IT and all will be good......IMO, when I saw that LBWR was going to put out a shareholder update, the first thing to cross my mind was "they have to explain why the uplist hasn't happened and might not...or has been delayed for who knows how long".....This will not be good IMO....The time for talk is over...they have had years to talk.....it is time to put up or shut up..prove it and do it with action(s), not empty words...shareholders that have been in LBWR for YEARS deserve RESULTS at this point.....not words or shallow, meaningless updates that cannot be verified as being true or even accurate.......RESULTS.....ACTIONS.....nothing less will suffice at this point imo.......

Creede, I saw a poster on IHUB mention that he has been out of lbwr the last 1.5 years but decided to recently buy back in......Many, including myself have posted many times about the positive merits of LBWR over the years and most, including myself have been saying 'anyday now' since the beginning.....This is all too familiar with penny stocks...years go by and the same people are still waiting and saying 'anyday now'.....Well, my patience is at an end......YEARS is NEVER a good thing when it comes to penny stocks....I have no intention of waiting much longer...we either see the uplist SOON or I am out of this one....and if they put out that Shareholder Update and I see even one blip of an excuse or a delay, I am out as well....I have no intention of letting my freebies go sub-penny and IMO, the time is now for LBWR...IMO, we either get the uplist and a move to .50 - $1 that will follow...or we get excuses and delays, which I think will bring the PPS down hard...people have been waiting years for LBWR....I know ALOT of people that are ready to BUY if they get the uplist done...but I also know ALOT of people ready to sell if they do not get er done and get it done soon.....No more middle ground imo.....with such little interest/volume in this...the MM's will bring her UP FAST, IF they get the uplist done...but will drop it just as fast if they dont....so imo, within 60 days, lbwr will either have broken above .50 or will be at .0005 - .01

BIG move UP or DOWN coming IMO...Hopefully UP......
