[PLNI]: jmhollen & bestbydesign - The Sale of Millions of PLNI Common Shares Into the Market

.
1. The aliases "jmhollen" and "bestbydesign" are two aliases used by the stock promoter John M. Hollen on the Silicon Investor and Raging Bull message boards (hereinafter, "the Hollen aliases"). These two aliases have been involved in the stock promotion of Plasticon International, Inc., a Pink Sheet company with the symbol "PLNI".

2. In an attempt to entice the readers of these message boards to purchase common shares of PLNI in the market and to gain their trust and confidence, the Hollen aliases have repeatedly stated that they purchased a substantial amount of PLNI shares in the market and urged the readers to also purchase shares because they were very "cheap" at the moment. An example of the the posted messages by the Hollen aliases follows as they state, in two separate message boards, that they have purchased 1/2 million PLNI shares in the market. Notice that the bestbydesign and jmhollen aliases posted the identical messages within 11 minutes of each other:

3. The Hollen aliases specifically stated that people should not sell their PLNI stock and should hold on to their stock, in addition to stating that he is not a "flipper" of the PLNI stock - thereby implying that he is a long term holder of the stock.

"...I'm not a flipper, so I'm not interested in pasts-of-pennies improvements, ...it's the $0.05+ territory I'm looking for..."
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PLNI&read=2470

"If we're above $0.015 (..highly likely..) in the next 10 Market days - then why would anyone except day-flippers and/or manipulators Sell..?!?"
http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=21920611

"...Hold 'em like it was the Deed on your Trump Tower penthouse..."
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PLNI&read=1550

"...Smart people will BUY or HOLD, twits will flip, and those with bruised egos will whine a lot. "..C'est la vie........."
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PLNI&read=2400

4. The Hollen aliases also urged the readers of the message boards to buy PLNI shares on the "dips" because of the "cheap" prices:

"... Now, get your arse back to work - and buy more shares... "
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PLNI&read=2175

"...If you can snag some 'cheapie-shares' during the head games, don't pass it up. .."
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PLNI&read=2309&submit=Go

"...Stick around for the fireworks and grab some "..super-cheapie-shares.." if you can..."
http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=21957413

"...What you're looking at is the grossly predictable MFMMM scardy-shares head-fake prior to all the upcoming action. "...Glom 'em on the Dips, ..Troops.................... "
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PLNI&read=2307&submit=Go

5. On December 8, 2005, bestbydesign posted that he had not sold any PLNI shares since he bought his motorcycle:
"...Heck, I haven't sold a share of PLNI since I bought my new Harley back in June, or whenever..."
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PLNI&read=25166&submit=Go

6. A posted message by bestbydesign shows that he purchased his Harley motorcycle before May 28, 2005:
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PLNI&read=1551

7. On June 5, 2005, more than a week after bestbydesign posted that he already had purchased his Harley Motorcycle, bestbydesign claimed that he owned 6 million PLNI shares.
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PLNI&read=2183&submit=Go

8. On November 8, 2005 bestbydesign claimed that he bought another 1 million PLNI shares on that date. This would imply that he owned at least 7 million PLNI shares on Nov. 8th.
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PLNI&read=19805

9. On November 18, 2005 bestbydesign claimed that he bought another 1 million PLNI shaes on that date. This would imply that he owned at least 8 million PLNI shares on Nov. 18th.
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PLNI&read=22411&submit=Go

10. On November 23, 2005 bestbydesign claimed that he bought another 1/2 million PLNI shares on that date. This would imply that he owned at least 8.5 million PLNI shares on Nov. 23rd.
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=PLNI&read=22908

11. On December 8, 2005 jmhollen claimed that he bought another 1 million PLNI shares on that date. This would imply that he owned at least 9.5 million PLNI shares on Dec. 8th.
http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=21955817

12. Based on the paragraphs above which reviewed the Hollen aliases' posted messages about his ownership and purchases of PLNI stock, John Hollen should own at least 9.5 million common shares of PLNI on December 8, 2005. This is not the case, however. On December 8, 2005 jmhollen claimed that he owned only 6 million PLNI shares:
http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=21955817

13. Based on the information above, John Hollen either lied about his ownership and multi-purchases of millions of PLNI common shares during the June-December 2005 period, or he lied about not selling his PLNI common shares into the market during this six month period and essentially was involved in dumping at least 3.5 million PLNI common shares. These conclusions are particularly troublesome in view of the fact that he specifically stated that he was not a "flipper" of PLNI stock, that he was holding the PLNI stock for the long term and that he urged and enticed many potential investors to purchase and hold PLNI stock after he had gained their considerable trust.
