Did Plasticon issue another misleading press release about Pro Mold, Inc.?
1. In a press release issued on October 26, 2005, PLNI stated that:
http://www.marketwire.com/mw/release_html_b1?release_id=99198
"Increased Demand for ProMold, Inc. Products Leads to $1 Million Backlog of Orders
After Completing the Acquisition of ProMold, Inc. on November 9, Plasticon Will Begin a 6 Day Per Week, 24 Hour Per Day Production Cycle to Meet Demand"
2. So PLNI stated that it "will begin a 6 day per week, 24 hour per day production cycle to meet demand".
3. The statement about beginning a full capacity production cycle seems to be misleading in view of what the Pro Mold, Inc. website was already stating during 2005, before the announcement of the Pro Mold acquisition by PLNI. It seems that Pro Mold was already operating at the full capacity production cycle:
http://snipurl.com/mqj7
"PRO MOLD, INC. is a custom plastic injection molder of thermoplastic materials, operating seven modern presses in a thirty thousand square foot facility in St. Louis County. The plant operates around the clock, six days per week."
