[PLNI]: The words of a naive 44 year-old Sprinkler Installer from Chicago

With only one year of investing experience, it appears that the 44 year-old Sprinkler Installer from Chicago does not understand the meaning of "Exclusive" when referring to the PLNI/Bluelinx distribution agreement.

He states that

"...That is why the "exclusive agreement" is exclusive and has so much potential..."

Implying that the "Exclusive" Agreement requires Bluelinx to sell only PLNI plastic rebar supports.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

According to the Agreement, which was made public by PLNI, it is PLNI that is required to sell its plastic rebar support products only through Bluelinx.

Bluelinx, on the other hand can distribute the plastic rebar support products of any company.

The Agreement made public by PLNI also stated that it could be terminated should PLNI violate the "Exclusive" terms of the Agreement by distributing its products through another company.

Does Bluelinx know that PLNI has violated the terms of their "Exclusive" Agreement by distributing its plastic rebar supports through another company, R&S Manufacturing?:

Has the Sprinkler Installer from Chicago libeled the_worm06 by calling him a "criminal" and by saying that he will be going to jail for commiting criminal acts?:
