Previously in a prediction published on this blog on February 24, 2006, the_worm06 Research Department had predicted that GCHR would restate its 10-Q's for the periods ending December 31, 2004, March 31, 2005 and June 30, 2005 and file the appropriate amendments with the SEC.

Yesterday GCHR filed an amendment for yet another SEC filing, the 10-K for the period ending September 30, 2005.

The changes and adjustments to the 10-K included, but were not limited to:
