Urban Real Estate Ventures, LLC is my company and there was no involvement in SLJB other than being one disappointed shareholder. I bought into their stock when it was LFWK back in September of 2005 because I believed in the vision of Dennis Ammerman with promoting urban living. When Sulja Bros. took over the LFWK shell I held on to my shares although I was apprehensive about doing so. I built an small mini-website for investors or potential investors to learn more about SLJB. However, once I started to connect the dots and realize that SLJB was a big scam I pulled all my money out. Unfortunately I pulled out a little late and lost some money as did many others I know who invested in this sad excuse of a real estate company. If anyone is interested in finding solid real estate investment visit UREV.net and contact me for further information.
Ryan,
Thank you for your informative post. Do you remember what kind of information you included in your mini-website on SLJB?
When did you make the mini-website public and when did you shut it down?
Yes the mini-website was public and I included all the due diligence I could find including a financial analysis based on the information that was provided in company PR's. Which of course turned out to be all bogus. I'm not too sure about the timing, but I think I built the site in the middle of August 2006 and pulled the plug in October.
Ryan,
Thank you again for the information that you have provided on your SLJB mini-website.
By any chance, did you have an opportunity to talk or meet with any of the following - Dennis Ammerman, Andrew DeVries, Petar Vucicevich, Mark Treisch, Chad Curtis or Steve Sulja?
By the way, I believe that the SLJB mini-website that you developed was available to the public on August 13, 2006.
