[SPNG]: Who is promoter "texasbaseballro" and what is his involvement with scam company Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc.?

.
.
It appears that this promoter, in an attempt to defend the frauds of Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (SPNG), has been viciously attacking the message board posters that have been posting the red flags of scam company SPNG on the Yahoo Message Boards:

What is even worse in his sad attempts at pumping and hyping the scam stock is that he has been posting many false and misleading statements about SPNG and its business and corporate structure. He has gone as far as stating that the State of Delaware has been releasing false information about the corporate structure of SPNG, including the substantial increase in Authorized Common shares of SPNG from 2.0 billion to 2.5 billion, which occurred on June 24, 2009 as per Delaware, the state where SPNG is registered.

Details to follow

So you think that it is ok to blatantly make false statements about the authorized shares of this company.

The things that people do and say to defend their "investment" in these scam companies is truly amazing.

The details of "texasbaseballro"'s false statements and the proof as to why they are false will be posted in the near future.

In the meantime look in the SEC Litigation Releases in the near future to find the massive fraud charges against the company, its officers/directors and promoters that will be filed by the SEC.

Ray, it seems so, doesn't it.

I would imagine as in the case of Rick Matthews (rrm_bcnu), who is heavily featured in this blog with scam company PLNI, that the FBI will give him a call and want to review his trading records.

I would be curious if this promoter was selling SPNG stock into the market while pumping and hyping with false and misleading statements about SPNG.

So you think the texass baseballer is operating a la Ricardo Fernandez, aka Airys418, and pumping while dumping? In the case of Fernandez, he was a shill for SLJB (another scam about which the worm has written extensively).

BTW worm, I think you meant "viciously" not "viscously", although if tbbro's attacks are liquid and thick, viscous might just be appropriate. ;)
