I suppose it could be a different John Provazek, but A John Provazek replaced this gentleman as CEO of UniDyn in May of 2001, resigning from the position in November of the same year, after acting as COO under the defendant previously.

One of the more notable comments from LoneGrey in the Denformational Newsletter of May of 2010, related to Cascadia Investments, was:
" ~ John Provazek AKA LoneGrey

(We are happy t o report that The Den and Friends now hold approx 100.23 mil shares long as that's the current count!)"

Nanopierce Technologies had an interesting holder of unregistered shares:
12/11/2002 Common Stock 125,000 John Provazek

6/20/2003 Common Stock 240,824 John Provazek
From page 13 of http://www.secinfo.com/d12Pk6.z7Ps.htm

Nanopierce also brought an interesting lawsuit against THE DEPOSITORY TRUST AND CLEARING 17 CORPORATION; THE DEPOSITORY TRUST 18 COMPANY; AND THE NATIONAL 19 SECURITIES CLEARING CORPORATION:
"The gravamen of plaintiffs’ complaint is that they have been injured by a stock manipulation carried out by naked short sellers – those who sell shares they do not own without borrowing the shares necessary to make delivery."
