[PLNI]: The MISINFORMATION campaign continues

.
.
The misinformation campaign for PLNI continues. This time from Promoter jmhollen - falsely claiming that PLNI has NO DEBT.

Let's see,

jmhollen claims that the Semco and Pro Mold acquisitions have been closed.

PLNI claimed that Semco and Pro Mold were acquired in "Privately Financed Cash Acquisitions", where current shareholders would not get diluted.

Where did the cash come from that was used to acquire the two companies?

- the only answer would be from Debt issued by PLNI, since they could not have issued stock to obtain the cash, according to PLNI management.

Another false statement by the Promoter jmhollen.

Hi Pro,

Since all the deals are done and the intent to do the "..2-fer..", or whatever, for the stockholders was announced, I don't see any reason that there would be any further adjustments in the A/S or O/S. The object is to eventually reduce the latter. Please remember that we are the owners of a company operating with "..NO DEBT.."; much like having your mortgage paid-off. That makes operating any company a lot less stressful - and frees up capital for R&D and improved marketing.

The limp-wienered, willy-nilly BashHoles have done everything that they could possibly think of (..and I'll bet that brought the Excedrin out of the medicine cabinet..) to do what ever damage was possible. Now, they have clearly run out of steam..!!! Their situation reminds me of a song I used to listen to when I was a kid, "..Chief Heap Big Smoke & No Fire.."!!!

The price has stabilized, the mafia.com quotes will be restored soon, and all will be well in the Kingdom.... "...Patience, ..Grasshoppah.....

John :-)
