"...Within the next two months, PLNI will increase the authorized common shares to 10 billion from the current 5 billion..."

On April 6, 2006, almost two months to the day, PLNI filed with the State of Wyoming that it had increased its authorized common shares to 13.5 billion from the current 5 billion:

Although 13.5 billion is greater than 10 billion, both are significant increases for the short period of time from the 5 billion authorized shares previously reported.
