How close are Mr. Pumpy the Promoter and PQL Research?

Well, by the looks of this posted message, it seems very close. It now appears that Mr. Pumpy the Promoter has been representing PQL Research in its legal threats. The same was done with PLNI by Mr. Pumpy the Promoter:
