in your letter you wrote to Judge Schumacher you mentioned that you had a letter by Cooper to Schumacher with two proposed orders submitted for signature. could you post these documents for us to see? also, could you post those threatening faxes from September 14th.
you also mentioned that on Sept. 12 the court ordered deposition to be held at the end of October or beginning of November. Was that a written order? if so, could you post it?
do you have a transcript of the sept. 12 hearing? If so, could you post the part where Cooper said he was unavailable for deposition in September.
I don't know if it is customary to have a transcript made of hearings or if the order from Sept. 12 was written, so if you don't have this available its no biggee. but I'd be interested to see as much documentation to back up what you are saying as possible.
