Are all those old numbers somewhat legit? If so, then its instant Nasdaq, right? I must be missing something. Someone enlighten me please.
The old numbers were always legit.
The pro forma numbers were misstated...
shabiznets is the operative word now

lol..'caught'?????? Can this clown be any more anal retentive and criminal at the same time?????
I'll state it again! Sheeeeeesh!
The old numbers are legit...They've always been legit...only numbers that were ever off were the pro forma numbers...and even then they'd have been spectacular.
Mr. Vucicevich held off from publishing what he had at the time because the damage had been already done with the price raid. What was the point in wasting their ammo when they still were in need of being Sarbanes-Oxley compliant. A daunting task that few penny companies will ever in their lives produce.
Filing and an uplist will brings eyes and serious long term money that doesn't flip and need to pay next months rent. It'll be a whole new ballgame that will produce real value. And real value in a heartbeat.
The shorting crew will also be gone in a heartbeat, looking for their next stock to prey on.
