Beebe was planning on retiring and was negotiating the sale during this time. He felt it wise to groom and give greater public awareness of his hand picked replacements, Ron Williams and Chris Brundige, who is now the President of Global eTelecom. Beebe was still the Chairman, President and CEO of Global eTelecom during this time you are trying to question. Beebe was the one who negotiated the final sale to Verus during this time. You can easily verfy this information by calling Global eTelecom's current President, Chris Brundige at 1-877-454-3835

Is this why Ron Williams was brought in a full year and a half before the sale of Global eTelecom, Inc. to Verus Financial?
Is this why the Dec. 16, 2003 press release about the acquisition of Global eTelecom, Inc. failed to even mention Beebe?
