Funny, that is the same thing that people were asking about PLNI, GCHR/ARUR, TVCP/TVCE, TALL/ATVE, TBLU, SLJB and PHGI when I made stock price predictions that were considerably lower than the market price at the time of the prediction. All eventually dropped to my price prediction levels.
At the moment I feel comfortable with the $0.005/share stock price prediction for LBWR.
Once the stock price drops below this level, I would imagine that I will lower the prediction to the level that you have suggested.
