[LBWR]: Scam company Labwire, Inc. files 2008 financials with the SEC - Net Income for 9 months drops significantly - by 57% - from 2007

.
.
After all the pumping and hyping of the business in 2008 of scam company Labwire, Inc. (LBWR) by the company and its promoters, it turns out that its Net Income dropped significantly for the 9 months ending September 30, 2008 from the same period in 2007, by 57% to only $145,367 - with a 10% drop in Revenues for the same period. One must remember that during the last few years, the company and its promoters were saying that this was a fast growing company, with all those new contracts signed by LBWR with those humongous companies.

Oops, what happened?

Not only did the 2008 9 month Net Income drop significantly from 2007, but each of the quarters also dropped substantially: First quarter 2008 Net Income was 110% lower than 2007, resulting in a loss for the quarter; Second quarter 2008 Net Income was 60% lower than 2007 and Third quarter 2008 Net Income was down 26% compared to 2007, as per the SEC filings for LBWR:

Second Quarter, June 2008 10-Q: http://snipurl.com/9a9o4

Third Quarter, Sept. 2008 10-Q: http://snipurl.com/9a9p2

10's of thousands of pinks and OTCBB stocks out there, and you pick the one testing the astronauts! You gotta be theworstbasher I have ever seen.

Too funny.

Creede,

Thanks for the comment.

Now please tell us how many astronauts LBWR has to test in order to obtain any kind of meaningful revenue for LBWR?

I suppose however many it takes to get Lockheed as well. The ULA was always a "purpose pitch". Give it some more time.

I'm willing to see what happens to the revenue in 2009.

You continue looking out of touch with reality by calling Boeing's compliance company a scam?

Yet another day of "the worm" looking like "the clueless" by calling LBWR a scam.

How long will "the worm" allow his own blog to make him look out of touch with reality?

Bighorn prediction for 2009.

Public perception of the worms abilities will drop to all time low of .0001 - at which time he will reverse split his attitude about Labwire.

"#2 that those clients are probably quite capable of a lot of organic growth. Agree?"

I don't know. Growth of WHAT? I have absolutely no idea what it means to have one of these companies as a client. How much of Labwire's services does any of them need? What do the services cost? What are the margins? What will be left over for Labwire from the revenues after paying its overhead? THOSE are the questions that will need to be answered in order for this thing to ever be worth more than .10-.20.

I don't think anyone with half a brain still thinks the company is a scam, since they filed all that paperwork with the SEC and no one is going to sign off on a lie and risk fines and jail time. So THAT's not why you're at .08.

Slow communication? Nahhh. There are plenty of non-filing companies that have much larger market caps, so THAT's not it.

"Building the business is what counts most... That have excellent margins ... and at least one alliance that could end up bringing in a whole bunch of revenue in 2009 (USIS)."

Well, we don't really know what the margins are, do we? But otherwise, CORRECTAMUNDO! Without revenues and profits, NO ONE CARES. *I* don't care. There are a lot of exciting companies out there. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. It's not a cure for bird flu or an advance in nanotechnology or an internet video search engine, so it's not FUN. They're basically an outsourced human resources service provider -- there's nothing more boring to small investors than that. The way to get people to notice LBWR, and CARE, is for them to make money, and I don't know that the EPS will ever be significant because of the large (and probably eventually growing) number of outstanding shares. But if and when they report PROFITS that exceed a penny per share, your stock will break a dime.
