Wow, that's bold. So you're thinking they'll take advantage of the safe harbor statement on yesterday's news that they're going to reduce the a/s.....and then not do it?
Nothing would surprise me with this soap opera...
Unless, of course, a 1 to 5 reverse split is effected, which would allow SPNG to decrease the A/S from 2.5 billion down to the 900 million that they stated in yesterday's press release.
You have to remember, this is a mass dilution machine that issues hundreds of million of shares just for its stock promotion campaign. Then there are the shares issued to RME and other parties for financing of those heavy advertising expenses.

Dude, how can u say SPNG is a scam company?
Have u used thier products?
I know I have, and they work great.
A news station in NJ even featured thier product on a "Deal or Dud" segment, in which they washed 8 dirty cars on a Ford lot. Long story short, the product worked great and passed the test.
Where do u get your info.?
Since when does having products that are sold in retailers mean that a company is not a scam. That is part of the ploy to make people buy the stock.

1. On July 27th I predicted that the company would increase the A/S from 2.5 billion to 3.0 billion by August 15th.
2. On August 13th the A/S was increased by 250 million to 2.75 billion.

I WOULD SAY THAT MY PREDICTION WAS VERY CLOSE, CONSIDERING THAT AT THAT POINT IN TIME SPNG WAS STATING THAT IT WAS GOING TO LOWER THE A/S.
