As you can see, a Mr. Thomas Kelly is listed as the only officer and only Director EIGH. He is the President, the Secretary and the Treasurer of EIGH. This is rather odd, since scam company EIGH has issued several press releases quoting the Board of Directors as if more than one Director existed at the company.
