Together with Mr. Pumpy, I would strongly recommend that you retain an attorney. Accusing a known identity of being a well known felon is very significant libel.

As you might know, this individual also posts as bullishforplni on Raging Bull and iwannaride on Silicon Investor.
Falsely accusing a real identity of being a criminal and a felon is very serious libel and will not continue without the proper legal ramifications for several of the individuals involved.
No help is really needed, just keep your eyes on the PACER system.
