Is Mr. Pumpy the Promoter a potential threat to Society?

Here he is threatening another person with serious physical violence, shortly after he openly bragged that he could use his previous high security clearance at his former employer, Raytheon, to find the true identity and location of the same person. His previous alias at Raging Bull was banned months ago, after he threatened another person with death, had he owned a sniper rifle.

One has to wonder whether it is time to inform Raytheon of this maniac's threats of physical violence on U.S. Citizens.
