[PLNI]: Chopper255 and the "Field Trip" to the Pro Mold Inc. facilities

On January 11, 2006, an individual, Chopper255, reported on the Raging Bull messages boards for PLNI that he visited the Pro Mold Inc. facilities in St. Louis, Missouri (see link at bottom). Apparently he drove a long way and spent much time touring the facilities and talking to the management and employees of Pro Mold Inc.


OR DID HE?


1. At the time of the visit, PLNI had issued press releases that the acquisition of Pro Mold by PLNI had not yet been completed. It is still not completed, since it is awaiting approval by the SEC, yet the SEC does not approve acquisitions.

2. It is very strange that this particular individual spent so much time with the Pro Mold people, yet failed to ask them some of the more important and basic questions when doing due diligence on a company:

a. What is the manufacturing capacity of Pro Mold?

b. What are the revenues of Pro Mold (last year, last 12 months, last 3 months, last month).

c. Has Pro Mold been formally acquired by PLNI?

d. What is the arrangement between the sellers/current management of Pro Mold and PLNI?

e. Did the owners of Pro Mold receive any PLNI shares or other compensation from PLNI in order to allow their name to be used in PLNI press releases?

f. Same as paragraph (e) above, except did they receive TBLU shares?

g. What was the structure and terms of the acquistion of Pro Mold by PLNI?
