the_worm06 predicts that:

PLNI will NOT file with the SEC their audited financials for the years 2003-2004 by February 14, 2006...

and

PLNI will NOT file with the SEC their 2005 audited financials by February 23, 2006.

Nothing yet sloth. We are expecting 2003 and 2004 financials before the 14th, and 2005 financials before the 23rd.
