[PLNI]: Mr. Richard R. Matthews and Mr. John Murphy of Pro Mold, Inc.

It appears that Mr. Rick Matthews has recently been in touch with John Murphy, the owner/manager of Pro Mold, Inc. before PLNI announced that it was acquiring Pro Mold, Inc.

Even though he is in correspondence with Mr. Murphy, why is it that Mr. Rick Matthews has failed to publicly state whether Pro Mold, Inc. has been acquired by PLNI and whether Pro Mold, Inc. is owned by PLNI?

Is it because the acquisition of Pro Mold, Inc. by PLNI has not been completed yet?

Is it because Pro Mold, Inc. is not owned by PLNI yet?


think about it

- after all, it would be to the benefit of PLNI for Mr. Matthews to announce that he has talked to Mr. Murphy and has verified that yes, PLNI has completed the acquisition of Pro Mold, Inc and yes, that PLNI owns Pro Mold, Inc.
