The following is Part IV in a series on the unbelievable unethical behavior exhibited by Miami Attorney Robert H. Cooper (Robert Cooper). This time legal documents from another lawsuit have been chosen - the California lawsuit titled: UCSY, Zwebner v. Coughlin. Mr. Cooper was the attorney for the Plaintiffs. The lawsuit was dismissed, with the court ordering that all legal fees incurred by the defendant, Mr. Coughlin, should be paid by the Plaintiffs and their attorneys:

Now, why would you make such a false statement like that?
the_worm06 has NEVER lost a lawsuit where Robet H. Cooper has been the attorney on the opposing side.

if this is RObert Cooper from 2999 ne 191 street in Aventura Florida and at 305-792-4343, please let me know. he is a real creep and a few complaints are being filed against him at the bar at the same time and we need everyone who can to join in and do the same. We want to stop him from ever practicing law again. He is a crook and takes money promising things he never intends to honor. He loves to take cash and not pay hi taxes on it. He bills everyone for the same time and day as if he could splitt his time in 10. I know of at least one situation where 6 clients all got billed for the same day and time by him. Then he sells you off to the enemy. In cases anyone wants to tell him off his cell number is 786-553-0898. Bye the way, I never lost a case either with him as he was too busy stealing my money before getting to the finish line.

this post is for the worm 06 or anyone else who is intrested. i am having a real dispute with Robert Cooper at this moment and he is trying to screw me over just like he screwed other people in the past. he promised me so many things and didnt deliver on any of his promises and now he trying to charge me for work he didnt do. if anyone has any suggestions on how to handle this issue. please help!!!

Mr. Cooper sold me out without remorse of any kind. I'm 82 years old and paying attorney fees in the amount of $60,000.00 to the same guys that I lost $400,000.00 to. Not a very nice guy that Mr. Cooper.

Did someone say Robert Cooper was a real creep? I wish I had read that before I hired him and had to find it out first hand. A word of advice, if you ever hire him (which you should carefully think about), have everything, absolutely everything in writing ... or you will find that he will not only try to get the money from the opposing party ... but he well try to take all the settlement money, i.e. your money as well.

Mr. "Worm '06" to begin with, we have no name to refer to you as. I believe this is so, because your claims are based on pieces of information and not the whole truth. I challenge you to post the court documents, quotes, images and proof - ACTUAL PROOF, so that the viewers of this blog can see the truth and create for themselves their own opinions and not biased one sided opinions that they are lead to believe from biased one sided sources. This challenge holds true forever.

Cooper is a scumbag and shouldn't be licensed. It is so unbelievable how this rat still practicing "the Law".
He hurt a lot of people who were in need of help. Cooper takes advantage of people by thinking that his clients, as well as other attorneys, are stupid.
Our biggest mistake was trusting Cooper. otherwise it is pretty difficult to be scrued when you don't trust.
It's our fault that he is still practicing law. No actions have ever been taken against Cooper.I'm going to sue this a*****e

He is a pathetic excuse for a lawyer. His apathy towards ethical practice and moral behavior is prevalent. Therefore, his disbarment will entrust the integrity of law.

Robert Cooper is a jerk. Why has everyone let him get away with so much...he now believes (and is partially correct) that he is above the law! his colleagues (attorneys who have been screwed out of referral fees) should have taken action. It's unethical to not take action and allow this man to continue doing what he is doing. Now is coming after innocent families.
