Airys, did you bother to say "hey guys, why was this thingy just formed on Aug 31, 2006"
You go on a fact finding mission and get a copy of a cert. that is issued by SULJA BUILDING SUPPLIES, LTD and you dont even question why it does not say:
SULJA BROS. BUILDING SUPPLIES.
Furthermore, you see a cert. and you KNOW there is an older Ontario corp. and the NV corp of the same name as the reciever of those shares and you dont verify which Sulja Bros. got the cert? Regardless of that, YOU dont even get documentation showing SULJA BROS. BUILDING SUPPLIES, LTD (ONTARIO) is 100% owned by SULJA BROS. BUILDING SUPPLIES, LTD.????
You come back and post info as FACT when the info you looked at either you dont seem to have the aptitude to understand or question?
I think that was binzur's point of wanting to tag along the whole time.
It just seems that you dont investigate or look for the right information or at least question irregularities when you see it.
Why did you NOT come back and tell everyone that the CORPORATE MINUTE BOOK that YOU stated you reviewed SHOWED Vucicivech as an officer? (which should have been a HUGE red flag to you if you remember that he or kore is NOT a part of management at ALL per prior PR)
Yet you continually wonder why people question you or possibly question if you have motives? Your little DD trips are part and parcel of the problem here, it is sad to watch.
You have never answered any serious questions, you just raised more and more and more.

Dont feel like answering some of the pointed questions that I asked about your latest DD/fact finding mission to Windsor?
I would like to hear your rebuttal to my earlier post. I think it would be informative to investors current and former to hear your take on what I asked.

Well I am calling BS on that statement.. Does not seem to stop you from quoting stuff as FACT, when I dont think you have even looked at proper items to even be able to come to that conclusion.
It is also humorous the little inuendos that you include in your posts about cement deals you think are still on, etc.,etc.,etc.,.
But regardless, I dont think you are a liar, rather very mis-guided and gullible.
So again, why dont you answer my pointed and VALID questions in an honest manner? If you say that you were deficient in some of the investigating, no one is going to kill you for it.
It is called honesty and integrity, honest people with integrity also generally have critical thinking skills and are able to admit deficiencies in things they do.

Ok, I hear your request for me to call. What bearing does that have on your POSTED visit and the items that you brought back under the guise of validity.
Had I done what you had and descrepancies were pointed out to me on my return, I would be man enough to agree that maybe I had not done a thorough job and agree to the valid points that are being mentioned.
I did not go there, you did. YOu repeately state items as fact and your documentation you provided has NOT CLEARED UP ANYTHING critical to this situation.
So, I ask you again. Give us an honest appraisal of my questions. Dont dodge it by saying why dont you call, remember, I did not bring back a cert and CLAIM AS FACT that it shows the NV vehicle owns 100% afer reviewing a minute book that was from a corporation less than 1 year old.
Hmmmm, you reviewed a corporate minute book of a corp less than 1 year old, knowing full well the company has been a corp for 20+ years and you dont see a deficiency in intel gathering to which you claim shows 100% ownership as FACT??

MGB, first of all, I don't have to prove my honesty and integrety to anyone. I have spent my own money on many hours of research, phone conversations and trips to SLJB.
I know what I have seen and heard. Many have confirmed everything I have said. I am a pretty smart guy and I know what I need to look out for.
Have you ever called the company?
Have you ever made a trip to Sulja to see with your eyes?
What can you provide to the rest of the people on this board in the form of proof, aside from what the OSC or others have already made public? TIA

No, never called the company. Dont really care what people have "called" in your group that have "verified" what you said. I could tell you I am Santa Clause on the phone and it means nada.
Tell you what though, I did call Spiegel's office (remember that). Different answer than your claims there.
Called the TA long after the SOS reduced the A/S to 725MM and low and behold for quite some time the TA still showed 800MM (since you are honest and have integrity, I know you will confirm that one for sure because you posted that after I posted that that PV told you they would fix it promptly.
If you want everyone else to do DD, then do yourself a favor and quit portraying this as FACT when you neither have proper docs. to prove such. Also, knock off the insinuations of cememt deals being real UNTIL AGAIN you can provide CONCRETE evidence of them, which again you NEVER have.
Answer my questions now, I courteously answered yours.

I had no idea that you were Airys IR department ed.
So, since you wanna play here.
Do you find it perplexing that Airys recieved a cert. of shares from a company that was formed on 08/31/06 and was started by KHAN and Vucicivech is an officer?
Do you find it perplexing that the cert. of shares went to an entity named Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, LTD (THE EXACT NAME OF THE ONTARIO AND NEVADA CORP)? Which one is the recipient of those shares?
Do you find it perplexing that NO MATTER WHICH corp (Ontario or NV) those shares went to, there is still no DOCUMENTATION of complete ownership of the Ontrario corp of Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, LTD by Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, LTD NV/SLJB?
Do you find it odd that UP UNTIL 01/08/2007 that only KHAN and Vucicivech (who he and KORE is no longer to have a role in SLJB management) is the EXACT date of the FIRST OSC HEARING??
By the way, the new update was actually FILED on 02/13/07 I believe, which again is over the 15 days required to provide that change in officers/directors of which Vucicivech is still listed on.
