[LBWR]: Promoter Creede Bighorns provides investment advice to investors: "Put all your family, friends, associates, coworkers, and kids in LBWR..."

.
.
In a pathetic attempt to pump and hype Labwire, Inc. (LBWR) stock, the promoter Creede Bighorns ("Cris") is now providing investment advice to investors: "Put all your family, friends, associates, coworkers, and kids in LBWR...".

Pathetic

Hey Crow, I promise you this. Once we get to the OTCBB, I am going to do far more than I have ever done before to introduce Labwire far and wide. Put all your family, friends, associates, coworkers, and kids in LBWR, because I am certainly going to do the same. I am going to keep on buying, and I am fearlessly going to get on the bullhorn for all others to do so. I am going to call Brokers that I know, and bunch that I do not know. I am going to post all over SI and iHub. Basically, I am going to do what the worm does - but in reverse. He thinks exposure can bring a scam down, well I believe enough exposure will bring a great stock up.

Laugh Out Loud! Either you can't read, or you are lying in an attempt to mislead Labwire investors to reach your goal of 2 cents.

You have misquoted me in one place, and then just made an entire sentence up in another!Amazing you would insult your own limited audience by just making things up to suit your own purpose.

If you keep this up I might find it best to leave you isolated and alone once more.

Creede,

There is a whole bunch more "investement advice" from you that has not yet been posted on this blog. Regarding the topic at hand, are you now saying that you never posted the following?:

"Put all your family, friends, associates, coworkers, and kids in LBWR."

By the way, you are aware of the required disclaimers and regulatory issues when giving investment advice about a publicly traded stock through the Internet, aren't you?

good luck to you

There you go, at your request I have now changed my blog entry and increased the type of people that you have advised to invest their money into LBWR from just the Children to also "family, friends, associates, coworkers" as per your exact quote in your posted message from InvestorsHub.

I was previously being "kind" by only discussing the Children's money that you are after - because, after all, you have admitted that you have been selling into the market the LBWR stock all along haven't you? Not long ago you also admitted that you would continue to sell LBWR stock once it reaches the 20-30 cent range again, haven't you?

Say, do you know, by any chance, whether you are in violation of any SEC regulations regarding providing investment advice?

good luck to you

BTW - if you continue to not post all that I have written, I might choose to leave you alone again till new LBWR news or filings emerge.

You really should seek legal advice regarding the ramifications of providing investment advice on stocks through the Internet, whether you are a "broker", an "investment adviser" or otherwise. Tell you what, give your buddy, rrufff, a call on this matter. He will tell you a few things that will curl your whiskers on what you have been doing.

Keep an eye on my next few blog entries on LBWR and its false and misleading SEC filings.

By the way, have you ever checked out the quality of the auditing firm that was used for the 2005 and 2006 audited financials filed with the SEC?

good luck to you again

Roberto,

I think your contempt is keeping you from understanding all the positive things that have happened in Labwire (LBWR.pk) since Creede Bighorns started the thread on iHub on 2.22.06.

1. Price per share in Labwire has increased 43% since the creation.

2. Total revenue for 2005 was $2.7 million. Total revenue for 2006 was $3.7 million. Total revenue for 2007 was $4.7 million. These figures represent a 74% increase from 2005 to 2007.

3. December 27, 2007 - Labwire Completes the Financial Audit by Moore & Associates, Chartered.

4. Labwire Completes Its First Acquisition

5. Labwire Files Uplisting Form 10SB-12G and Records Record Revenue in 2007

What is #6 to be? Could it be the uplisting to the OTCBB? Could it 8k's disclosing Fortune 500 companies?

Sure looks to me that Labwire is growing into a very nice investment. Why do you ignore all these positives, or try to lump Labwire in with companies of which they have nothing in common.

stock price predictions always are about future stock prices, not past stock prices.

I am predicting about a 90% drop in the stock price of LBWR. Take some time to review my stock price predictions on this blog and you will see that ALL of them have been correct, including PLNI, SLJB, ARUR, ATVE, DIGG and PHGI.

Why do you issue false or misleading statements about Labwire?

In previous blog entries on Labwire, Inc., the_worm06 has predicted that LBWR will have to restate the financial statements included in the form 10 filed with the SEC and has suggested that the books might be cooked.

Why do you continue to misquote Creede Bighorns with false or misleading statements?

I guess the biggest question is what do you have to gain if your are able to achieve your goal of 2 cents?

As it stands you are off by about 600 percent. (Laugh Out Loud)

Go ahead. I'll make you a deal. Every blog entry you post from here on out regarding LBWR or a NCFC member will result in 3 LBWR posts in your honor. You will be able to find these posts on SI or iHub, and I will make sure to number them so we do not lose count.

How's that for "investment advice"?

Creede,

It seems that every time you post you fall deeper into a hole. Deeper and deeper and deeper.

Let's take a look at some of your comments.

After more than two years, you come up with only 5 positive things about LBWR. Is that it?

1. You say that the stock price of LBWR has increased by 43% since you first started the IHUB message board on February 22, 2006, from 8 cent/share to 11.5 cents/share. Fair enough. We will keep this 8 cents/share stock price in mind for when the stock price drops to about 2 cent/share to see what your excuse is going to be.

2. You state that LBWR's revenues have increased from $2.7 million in 2005 to $3.7 million in 2006 to $4.7 in 2007. Yet you fail to mention that the 2007 figures are unaudited. You also fail to mention that the CEO of LBWR was predicting $50 million in revenues by now.

3. You state that LBWR completed a financial audit by Moore & Associates. Fair enough. However, as you will see in the near future, having Moore & Associates as your auditor is actually very negative.

4. You state that LBWR completed its first acquisition. Fair enough. Now take the valuation of the company that was acquired and use this valuation for all of LBWR based on a Price/Revenue figure. What do you get?...oops, you get somewhere around 2 to 3 cents/share valuation for LBWR, don't you?

5. You state that Labwire Files Uplisting Form 10SB-12G. Fair enough. Now lets take a look at the amended forms that LBWR will have to file because it included false and misleading statements in what was filed with the SEC.

Your final comment is a laugher. When the stock price was at 21 cents/share, I predicted 2 cents/share. The LBWR stock price has now fallen almost 50% to 11.5 cent/share in only two months, yet your only comment is that my 2 cents/share is way off the current trading price. Wait a little longer and your will see a stock price of 2 cents/share.

You sound like the message board promoters of scam company TVCP/TVCE that was trading at $3.87/share when I predicted initially 5 cents/share for the stock price. The stock price eventually traded at my predicted price, but when it was trading at 6 cents/share, the promoters were complaining that my prediction was way off because the stock price dropped from $3.87 to 6 cent/share and not 5 cents/share.

good luck to you

Creede,

Take a really long, hard look at this blog entry from not long ago.

http://theworm06.blogspot.com/2008/03/former-ceo-of-publicly-traded-company.html

This is serious business. I will be referring to it several times during my write-up on LBWR financials in the near future.

good luck to you
