This is the first time I've come across your blog, via your link posted on Yahoo MB. I have to admit, you've been correct about this company since you initially began posting about it here. As a shareholder, I hope things turn around for SPNG, but it's not looking too good. As an honest person, I do offer an apology for giving you a hard time.

Seems as you are wrong the first time with your predictions, pps is not falling any further
Well, lets see. The prediction above has already been proven correct since the 10K was not filed by Oct. 16, 2009.
Regarding the prediction of a stock price dropping to $0.01/share when it was at $0.135/share, it has already hit $0.02/share and will eventually reach the level that I predicted.
