As Promoter Alan Palmer, Jr. (who uses variations of the name "mingy" on the stock message boards) continues to pump and hype scam company Spongetech Delivery Systems, Inc. (SPNG), it seems that his employer at Iowa Grain Company in Chicago, IL is not aware of his actions on the Internet, particularly when the computer systems of Iowa Grain have been used to hype this fraud of a company with valuations into the hundreds of billions of dollars for SPNG.
Scam company SPNG trades in the range of 4.5 cents/share and has been suspended by the SEC for 10 days for filing false and misleading financials with the SEC and issuing press releases with false and misleading sales and order figures:
